ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION UPDATE Friday December 9, 2022 Next week, a project to update the City’s Bike Parking Ordinances will be introduced to the City Council’s Urban Experience Committee, and a resolution adopting a Vision Zero strategy for traffic safety will be considered by City Council. The Plan Commission will consider Transit-Oriented Development scenarios for the South Logan neighborhood around Gonzaga University. Spokane County is hosting a pedestrian plan survey regarding updates to master plans, and the Spokane Bicycle Advisory Board is looking for feedback on ranking the City’s upcoming bikeway projects.
