Bike Everywhere Month

Bike Everywhere Month wraps up today and tomorrow in Spokane and Washington State. Thank you to Sally Phillips and the Spokane Bicycle Club for hosting Bike Everywhere Spokane, a full-month of rides and rolls hosted by community members and organizations throughout Spokane.

  • Sunset Boulevard – Cannon to Government Way
    • New/refreshed buffered bike lanes are being painted on both ends of the Latah Bridge
  • Lincoln Street Protected Bike Lanes – Post Street Bridge to Maxwell
    • New protected bike lanes are being added to Lincoln Street north of Riverfront Park

Bike Everywhere Month and National Bike to Work Week

May is Bike Everywhere Month in Washington State, and this past week was National Bike to Work Week, and Friday was National Bike to Work Day, with a constant stream of local events, rides and bike-themed celebrations thanks to Bike Everywhere Spokane!  More events are planned throughout the rest of May.
